1. Introduction

Welcome to Mono Digital. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our services and define the relationship between Mono Digital (“we”, “us”, “our”) and the client (“you”, “your”).

By engaging with our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

Mono Digital provides digital solutions including but not limited to:

  • Website development
  • Conversion-focused system building
  • Performance optimization
  • Integrations and automation

All services are delivered based on the agreed scope defined in proposals, agreements, or written communication.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure effective delivery, the client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Deliver required content (text, images, access credentials) on time
  • Respond to feedback requests within a reasonable timeframe

Delays in client communication may affect timelines and delivery.

4. Payments

  • Projects require an upfront payment unless otherwise agreed
  • Remaining balance must be paid upon project completion or milestone delivery
  • Payments are non-refundable once work has started

Failure to complete payment may result in:

  • Suspension of services
  • Restricted access to delivered assets

5. Revisions & Scope

  • Revisions are limited to the agreed scope
  • Additional changes outside the scope will be treated as new work and quoted separately

Mono Digital focuses on structured systems — not unlimited iterative design cycles.

6. Delivery & Timelines

  • Timelines are estimates, not guarantees
  • Delivery depends on project complexity and client responsiveness

We aim to deliver efficiently, but delays may occur due to:

  • Third-party dependencies
  • Content delays
  • Scope changes

7. Intellectual Property

  • Final deliverables become the client’s property after full payment
  • Mono Digital retains the right to showcase work in its portfolio

All tools, frameworks, and methodologies used remain the intellectual property of Mono Digital.

8. Limitation of Liability

Mono Digital is not liable for:

  • Business losses or missed revenue
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Issues caused by third-party platforms or integrations

All services are provided “as is” without guaranteed performance outcomes.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the project if:

  • Terms are violated
  • Communication breaks down
  • Payment obligations are not met

Work completed up to termination will be billed accordingly.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties without consent.

11. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

Projects may involve third-party services (e.g. hosting, APIs, plugins).

Mono Digital is not responsible for:

  • Downtime
  • API changes
  • External service limitations

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international business standards unless otherwise specified.
